In Canino countryside, in the heart of upper Tuscia, two individuals become producers of Canino mono varietal extra virgin olive oils.
Gran Cru Giaoacchina is produced of olives from centuries-old monoculture Canino varietal olive trees cultivated in a small olive grove. Golden yellow colour with green nuances, it has a very delicate note with clear aromas of artichoke and herbs. Lingering and spicy aftertaste.
2017 harvest produced only 226l of Gran Cru Giaocchina.
Serve with: chickpea salad, marinated salmon, baked potatoes, legume, soups, artichoke and botargo salads and chicken roulades.
